Sacha Inchi is a climbing plant growing in the Amazon region of Peru at temperatures between 10°C – 36°C.

The Sacha Inchi oil is obtained from cold-pressed seeds of the Inca nut.

It tastes a little bit like nut.

Contains omega-3 fatty acid (approx. 48%) and omega-6 fatty acid (approx. 35%).

Together with salads or on bread.

At breakfast with yogurt or milk (a tablespoon).
